Gingerbread House/Cookie Decorating 2012
This year our cookie decorating took a different turn. The Percival Family is staying home for the the 1st time EVER. Every year we decorate cookies with Mackenzie, Matthew and Madison and we missed them soooo much. Usually Gigi and I would bake the cookies ahead of time and then all the kiddos would decorate. This year Gigi, Gracie and Libby were the bakers. I'll let Gigi leave a comment and tell you how well that went...
I put together the gingerbread house while the girls were taking a nap so they could start decorating when they woke up.
Gracie did awesome. Libby, well she ate probably as much as she decorated. And check out that awesome peppermint tree Gigi made.
Gigi brought over the cookies they previously made and we decorated them for our friends and neighbors.
Such a happy girl in the kitchen.

When you have little ones, staying home rocks! Enjoy!
The other day as I watched Ellie walk into school by herself, I was comforted to see Madison give Ellie a hug halfway down the hall. :)
We had a good Time! Gracie rolled the dough very well and Libby ate the dough very well! Everytime I turned around she was putting more in her mouth. We had flour EVERYWHERE, but who cares? The cookies turned out great as well as our masterpiece of a gingerbread house!
