David had his national sales meeting in Telluride and my family has been wanting to do a summer trip to Colorado for years now so we decided to come at the end of his meeting.
We usually go to Crested Butte but Telluride was just as beautiful - we just happened to go on a really rainy week. :( It put a damper on all of the outdoor activities.
But there was some amazing rainbows!
Drew and Caroline got to join us for the 1st half of the trip. The girls loved playing with them.
This is pretty much what we did every day. Walk/ride into town and check out the various shops and restaurants.
We also had a blast riding the free gondola up the mountain. Libby kept calling it the Disney ride.

It's not the best pic of the restaurant/bar but this was my favorite place of the trip. It's call There. SOOOOO amazing. We stopped in for a cocktail when it was raining the first day and went back three more times.
The sun finally came out so we decided to hike Bridal Veil Falls. David made sure we all had walking sticks.

There was a free local shuttle called the Galloping Goose. It would drive by our house multiple times a day and Libby would point and scream, "the galloping goose, the galloping goose." So instead of walking in to town we took the shuttle. She was soooo pumped.
Our last evening there the rain actually turned to snow at the top of the mountains. I think it was the first snow of the season. David loved this town and wants to go back in the winter and take the girls skiing.
